RCBH/San Luis Walk-In Clinic, Inc. to celebrate Binational Border Health Week with Immunization Campaign and Health Fair

Children between 0 to 17 years old from both San Luis, Arizona and San Luis Mexico are welcome to receive their immunizations to prevent them for getting diseases.

Yuma, AZ. - The Regional Center for Border Health, Inc./San Luis Walk-In Clinic, Inc. will celebrate the 15th Binational Border Health Week in conjunction with the Third Mexican National Health Week with the Annual Immunization Campaign and Health Fair this coming October 14th, 2015 at the San Luis Walk-In Clinic, Inc. located at 1896 E. Babbit Lane, in San Luis, Arizona.

Children between 0 to 17 years old from both San Luis, Arizona and San Luis Mexico are welcome to receive their immunizations to prevent them for getting diseases.

The Regional Center for Border Health, Inc./San Luis Walk-In Clinic, Inc. will participate also at the official Inauguration Ceremony of the Binational Health Week which will take place in San Luis Mexico at the Municipality facilities this coming Monday October the 12th, 2015 at 9:00 AM with the attendance of several Health sector representatives as Dr. Jose L. Munoz, Co-President of the Binational Health Council Yuma County, AZ.

A Health Fair will follow the ceremony with the participation of San Luis Walk-In Clinic, Inc. Medical Mobile Clinic with free screenings and information provided by medical staff and Promotores de Salud.

The Border Binational Health Week goal is to promote sustainable partnerships that can address border health challenges. Intended outcomes include increased community and inter-agency networking relationships, information sharing and educational opportunities, and awareness of the BHC and other state and local initiatives.
