Family Doctor

Full-time employee, beginning salary at $130,000.00 (negotiable depending on experience) plus packet of benefits that includes: Retirement Plan, Health Insurance, annual sick leave, vacation time and 5 working days including allowance to attend CME/CE conferences.

REQUIREMENTS:

•  Active and current Arizona License
•  Current DEA number or ability to obtain it, ACLS Certification
•  Current TB skin test and Hepatitis series or willing to obtain

Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner
