Notice of Filing Labor Condition Application

This is to inform all employees of San Luis Walk-In Clinic, Inc., that it is seeking one H-1B worker to be employed in the occupational classification of Physician (Internal Medicine) at an annual salary of $135,000 from April 15, 2006, until April 15, 2009, at 1896 E. Babbit Lane, Suite D, San Luis, AZ 85349; 1001 W. 16th Street, Yuma, AZ 85364; and 214 W. Main Street, Somerton, AZ 85350. Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the Labor Condition Application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
