Yuma, AZ. - The Regional Center for Border Health, Inc., proudly invites Yuma County families to attend the 19th Annual Celebration of Life event, to be held on Friday October 7th, 2016 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Yuma Civic Center.

This year the Celebration of Life event will feature corporate comedian, wellness humorist, and entertaining fitness author Robby Wagner, from Yuma, as Motivational Speaker.

According to his website, “With his deep passion for both humor and personal wellness, Wagner decided to start his own company, Healthy Humor Productions, where he offers comedic educational performances, motivating messages, and game shows for companies, associations, military events, and college/university events.”

Ms. Leslie Short, Director of Women’s Health Division, with RCBH, said this year the non-profit organization will not only create awareness but will include the traditional Fashion Show at the event, with the participation of cancer survivors and members of their families. That is why this year the theme is “Celebrating Cancer Awareness a Family Affair.”

The Yuma County Breast and Cervical Coalition helps decrease the likelihood of mortality for cancer survivors in Yuma County, by raising money through several events, through event sponsorships, and ticket sales.

The Celebration of Life event is presented by the Yuma County Breast & Cervical Cancer Coalition, sponsored by the Regional Center for Border Health, Inc., and Dillard’s Store.

The public is invited to come and enjoy this motivational message by attending the 19th Annual Celebration of Life event. Tickets are $20 dollars per person, and can be purchased by calling (928) 276-3414.

The Yuma Civic Center is located at the 1440 Desert Hills Drive, in Yuma, Arizona.
